Façade maintenance as a service is of extreme importance to a building as it not only about looks but energy savings, impression and branding of the property .
Façade cleaning service is delivered in two formats :
1. Round the year team deployment with all cleaning consumables , durables , safety gear & compliance . Resources are deployed generally based on the desired cleaning frequency (cycle).
2. On call basis / as required / where DBMSS team goes , does the cleaning and moves out . The recommended cleaning frequency can vary from once in a month to quarterly cleaning .
